Philosophy of Care: I blend both Western/allopathic medicine with science-based complementary medicine, offering patients holistic care and addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual health concerns as a primary care provider.  I enjoy working as a team with patients to meet their health needs to the best of my ability.

Special Medical Interests: I love getting to work on preventative health issues with patients including nutrition, exercise, and improving their general well-being.  I enjoy working with women to address their unique health care needs whether that is for family planning concerns, or other reproductive health issues.  Lastly, I have a special interest in asthma, helping individuals to optimize and simplify their chronic condition.

Personal Interests:  When not working, I love to cook, garden, and read as well as hike, cross country ski and kayak throughout the beautiful Northwest.
