Philosophy of Care: I am interested in collaborative care that joins my knowledge and skills with the client’s own expertise about their life situation and challenges. I believe that we should look at each person as a complex whole, taking culture, history, mind, spirit and body into consideration.

Special Medical Interests: Dr. Hufbauer has special interests in women’s health and obstetrics, HIV care, pediatrics and preventative care.

Personal Interests: I love to bike, run and practice yoga. Reading, cooking and eating as well as gardening are great pleasures as are the challenges and rewards of raising my two children.
